Effective 2026-05-19 · Beta-phase draft
This is a beta-phase draft. A legally-reviewed version will replace it before Fulcrum exits design-partner phase. Your use of Fulcrum during this period is governed by the agreement that comes with your invite + by these terms, whichever is more specific.
Beta scope
Fulcrum is in design-partner phase. Features may change without notice. Data you connect during this period may be used by us to debug, improve performance, and validate ingestion — within your tenant only, never across tenants.
What you agree to
- You won't connect data you don't have the right to connect.
- You won't probe the platform for vulnerabilities without written permission (see hello@fulcrum.io if you'd like to). Reports of issues found in good faith are welcome.
- You won't use Fulcrum to do anything illegal, harmful, or that violates the rights of others.
What we agree to
- Best-effort uptime — no SLA during beta unless your invite agreement says otherwise.
- Reasonable notice before breaking changes that affect your data model.
- Data export on request, in a reasonable format, for any data you've connected.
- BAA-grade handling for healthcare data once a BAA is signed.
No warranty
Fulcrum is provided "as is" during beta. We don't guarantee it's bug-free or that it will fit every use case. Use your judgment when acting on its output, especially for decisions with material consequences.
Termination
You can stop using Fulcrum at any time and request data deletion at hello@fulcrum.io. We can terminate access for violations of these terms with reasonable notice (except in cases of clear abuse, which may be immediate).
